We partnered with Christine in facilitating two sessions as part of our annual team retreat. With significant changes and transitions across our team, a focus on team building and collaboration was much needed. As a group, we were able to discuss how to activate and use our strengths, but more importantly, how to collaborate with one another and normalize conflict as we work to further Florida Tech’s mission. By the end of the retreat, the team was realigned and revitalized to lead the University into a new fiscal year and achieve record-breaking results. We are so grateful for Christine’s leadership expertise and look forward to working with her again in the future.
