Christine Fonner, M.Ed, PhD candidate
Christine is an executive leadership coach for women. She is also the founder of Roam Your Soul, a women’s leadership and outdoor adventure community. She believes that everyone needs a support network, community, and opportunities to be vulnerable to engage in what makes life meaningful. Christine has a Master’s in transformational leadership/change management and is a strengths-based transformational leadership expert. She is a PhD candidate in Organizational Leadership, specializing in “the human factor” – the responsibility leaders have in creating “radical care” in the workplace and the connection between personal/interpersonal needs and joy at work.

Dr. Kristine Medyanik
Kristine's company Shattered Glass Leadership was born from her 10+ years of teaching experience and a doctorate in Business with a specialty in Organizational Psychology. She’s delivered her original personality assessment to thousands of students and clients over the last 13 years—and those students teach her something new every time. Her retreats and workshops build on concepts of personality, motivation, and brain science. We dive deep into your goal and real challenges. We provide time and space to envision your next chapter or ten. Then we take those “aha” moments and turn them into action plans, so you can bring real change to your everyday life.

Your Personal & Professional Self
Leadership is the way in which you utilize your skills and knowledge to impact and influence for the greater good. The best way to advance your career, experience more joy in your daily life, and grow your business is to invest in your continuous learning.
We focus on strategies that help you explore your personal and professional self acknowledging that these two parts of self make the whole. We acknowledge that continuous learning includes the mind, body, spirit and past, present, future as well as our personal and professional selves that we bring to the table as we lead, support, and collaborate with others in our lives.
Leadership as a Practice
Developing your leadership as a practice takes effort in acknowledging the parts of self that contribute to who you are, how you lead, and ways in which we develop and maintain relationships with others.
We will guide you through immersive workshops that will help you unlock your true potential, rediscover your passions, and create a vision for the life you truly desire. You’ll explore practices that will enable you to become the best version of yourself and create lasting change in your personal and professional life.
