About Christine

Christine Fonner is a seasoned leadership expert with over 20 years of experience across nonprofit, corporate, and educational sectors. She holds a Bachelor’s in Education and a Master’s in Transformational Leadership and Change Management.

Christine has worked in diverse educational settings, multiple startups, and with small businesses across the US. With extensive experience in trauma-informed and high-stress environments, she brings a unique perspective on leadership and communication. Christine is a PhD candidate in Organizational Leadership with her research focusing on the impacts of toxic leadership on women in leadership.

She is calling on leaders to acknowledge their responsibility for cultivating “radical care leadership” in the workplace. She is a firm believer that everyone is a leader, and through intentional practice, accountability, and radical care, leaders can cultivate meaningful relationships and foster organizational success.

You can find Christine at home or exploring the mountains in her favorite place in the world: Silverton, CO with her two dogs, Reese and Buddy, and her favorite human, Josh.
